    Keb’ Mo’, The Sandler Center

    By Nick | February 21, 2008

For my father’s birthday, back in November, I got him tickets to see one of his favorite blues musicians (and mine too!), Keb’ Mo’.  Last night was the show and it was nothing short of impressive.  The guy’s voice is rough (in a great Bluesy way) and his guitar playing is impeccable.  I just love the sound of a slide on a steel guitar.

Keb’ seems like a heck of a nice guy…great with the audience and very witty.

Sorry for the crummy photo, but no flash photography was in effect.  I do kinda like the blur though.  It makes it look like a painting.

OMG, I LOVE Keb Mo, love him. My favorite song of his is Shave your legs, but I mostly love everything he’s ever done, for the most part, everybody has a few songs that don’t take as much ya know?

He’s incredible! I envy you for getting to see him and I’m thinking your dad must be cool as heck!
