Facebook Gets Another Day in Court

    By Nick | September 19, 2008

Facebook…it’s becoming as popular as MySpace and about a month ago I decided to give it another day in court.  When I first tried it I hated it.  I didn’t get it, it just was too cumbersome.  Now, on the otherhand, I am starting to like it way more than MySpace.

The main reason I like it so much more is because Facebook has made it so much easier to be linked to people that you may know by way of their ‘Networks’.  In MySpace you really have to search…not so much in Facebook.  Facebook throws you bones.  They ask you if you know other people in certain networks.  Because of this I have reconnected with so many people from high school that it is insane.  People I completely forgot about, but after seeing their pictures I remember so much about them.  It’s really been great fun going through my yearbook and seeing if the person I see in the picture is the one I remember in my mind.

Check out Facebook if you haven’t….I guarantee that it will take you into the wayback machine.

And if you do sign up, make sure you add me as a friend! Here’s the link to my profile:

I’ve tried Facebook, but when I try to sign up, my name gets REJECTED! What is that about? I’ve emailed customer support and have been totally ignored.

The only down side is that one or two people I didn’t want to see again have found me on Facebook.

      Otherwise, I’m with ya.
