I'm going to wager that there is indeed grape in the grape drink from concentrate. There just isn't enough concentrated juice in it to call the whole product juice. Here's a excerpt from the Wikipedia entry for "Juice" -

In the USA, fruit juice can only legally be used to describe a product which is 100% fruit juice. A blend of fruit juice(s) with other ingredients, such as high-fructose corn syrup, is called a juice cocktail or juice drink.

Slow day at work...

They should just quit the charade and call it Purple and be done with it...it ain't grape...there's not a grape in there...it's never been near a grape and probably the reason they put 'from concentrate' on there is that's the height of its grapeness...someone who has eaten grapes concentrated on the bottle in the hopes it would turn magically into grape juice.
