    Thrift Store Quest

    Ok folks…I am on a quest. Trying to top the tackiest thing I have found at a thrift store (see it here). Anyone care to compete with me? I saw a mighty fine velvet painting of a panther the other day. I think I can do better though.

    My favorite of the Golden Girls has passed away. Bummer. I always liked how feisty she was. One of my favorite lines of hers as Sophia in the Golden Girls was this: “If I turn my hearing aid up any more I’ll be able to hear a canary fart in Fort Lauderdale.”
