Surf Contest Poster Nixed

Well…it turns out that the surf contest poster that I mentioned last week has turned into a no go.  Some political disagreements have risen and I will not be making the poster.  Oh well…there’s always next time.

This planet sucks

My sisters go to Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond and live close to campus.  Yesterday my sister go this email…the sad thing is that is was one of her friends.  I just don’t get it.  What possesses people to do the wrong thing?  Some things I will just never comprehend.

This weekend Christy and I are going to Raleigh, NC to see The Punch Brothers in concert.  We decided that since my birthday is next week, we would just make a weekend out of it.  We’ve never spent much time in Raleigh.  Anyone know what there is fun to do down there?
